At Chatdesires.com, we take copyright infringement claims very seriously. We will promptly respond to any notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or other applicable intellectual property laws. Our response may include removing or disabling access to the material claimed to be infringing, terminating the user's access to Chatdesires.com, or a combination of these actions.

If you believe that any material on Chatdesires.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright infringement notification. These instructions are provided in the "DMCA Notice of Copyright Infringement" section below. Please note that only the copyright owner or an authorized agent may file such a request.

If we remove or disable access to material in response to a notice, we will make reasonable attempts to notify the user who created the content to provide them with an opportunity to submit a counter notification. Instructions for filing a counter notification are in the "Counter Procedures" section below. We maintain records of all notices of alleged infringement on which we act.

All copyright infringement notifications and counter-notifications must be in English. We may disregard any notifications written in other languages at our discretion.

DMCA Notice of Copyright Infringement

By submitting an infringement notification to request content removal, you are initiating a legal process. It is crucial that your claims are truthful and accurate. Misuse or false claims may result in account suspension or other legal consequences.

You can notify Chatdesires.com of alleged copyright infringement via email at
chatdesires.contact@gmail.com
Your DMCA notice must include the following:

- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) you believe have been infringed. If multiple works are involved, please provide a representative list.
- Identification of the specific material(s) you believe is infringing, with sufficient detail for us to locate it. Please note that without specific identifiers of the infringing content, we may not be able to locate and remove it. General information such as user profiles or usernames is usually insufficient.
- Your contact information, including name, postal address, telephone number, and email address, as well as information for the uploader(s) of the content to contact you.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner of the copyrighted material or an agent authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Your physical or electronic signature, or your typed full legal name to serve as your signature.

Failure to comply with all requirements of Section 512(c)(3) of the DMCA may render your DMCA notice ineffective. Knowingly misrepresenting that material or activity on Chatdesires.com infringes your copyright may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.

- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for the judicial district in which you are located (or where Chatdesires.com is located if you are outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Notice or their agent.

We will not consider any Counter-Notice that does not meet these requirements. Please be aware that if you knowingly materially misrepresent that content or activity on Chatdesires.com was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
